Inserting the cartridge was not smooth, however, eventually successful. Once inserted I noted a "supply memory error" on the printer information screen, however it indicates "ready". I try to print a document, I get a "Jam in input tray" error. I re-install my old cartridge and the printer works fine. I install my new one again, a struggle to get it to slide in, unlike my old one, and I get same result or a message "install black cartridge". So, something about this cartridge is defective or isn't designed properly for this printer. Unfortunately I have now missed my return window!!! Lesson learned - don't wait for old cartridge to run out completely but test your new cartridge immediately.

I've been using this for about a month now, and so far it seems to work fine. I do not notice any difference in print quality between this cartridge and the one that it was replacing (which was the original that came with the printer).

The price is so good and the product works perfectly in my printer. I was worried that there would be issues because it’s not an HP toner replacement but I just removed the empty one and popped this one in and it worked great. No issues at all. I cannot comment on longevity yet as I just got it but so far everything is excellent.

It's a great alternative for OEM hp cartridges and the price is remarkable compared to those original ones. I've been using it for more than 2 weeks now and the quality remains the same. Why would I buy a branded cartridge for over 50-60 bucks if I have this great option with the same specs at almost 3 times less price.I will continue to use it and if something changes Will add to my comment.

I thought it wasn't working.... until I realized there were 3 tabs to pull out. Two either side, and the long one on the left that protects the toner head. Works much better when that's removed! Sheesh. Great value. This will last me forever.

This was delivered in less than 24 hours and despite my HP all in one not being able to use non HP Genuine cartridges that others claim to have had success with, this product worked the very first try. My printer notified me that I was using a non genuine product but no errors!! Yay! At 85% savings compared to my regular cartridge this is an excellent replacement 👍. Very clear print and consistent density. I've only just started using so I can't say anything yet about yield or ageing quality. So far I'm very impressed. At the price I'm sure I will be satisfied.

I installed this in my HP 1109w, and it was seamless. The computer even recognized it as a genuine HP product (which it's not)! Printed a test page, no issues at all. Highly recommend! I'll come back to update if there's any issues in the next couple months!
