The colours look great for a fraction of the cost. There was an issue with the yellow toner not working; the warranty is for 2 years so I emailed and support responded within minutes. After a couple basic troubleshooting steps they sent out an entire 5 pack replacement even though only the yellow wasn't working, and I didn't have to send the broken one back. The replacement arrived in only 2 days. I was very impressed with the customer service and would definitely buy this brand again.

Great of them to do this!My printer says they are not the correct cartridges, but allows them to work. Very happy.
