I have a Solo Stove and a larger backyard pit, and was looking for something made solidly, stainless, and honestly- good looking. This tool is perfect, and it's also a third the cost of some of the others on the market. It's stout, but I had my wife manage it to test what others had said and she found it to me completely workable.

I have had this poker stick for a year now and it is wonderful for around our fire pit. It’s a good length (could maybe be a few inches longer), the wooden handle doesn’t get cold, and the metal has held up so far without bending or becoming loose.

This is VERY sturdy / well made but is VERY heavy. The box came with one of the ends open (from movement during shipping with it being so heavy), so I can see how another reviewer received an empty box. It says its a little over 12 ounces in weight but feels like 15 lbs to me (slight exaggeration). As a not very strong female, I will need to use 2 hands to move it around.

This is a simple, sturdy tool; I think the best endorsement is a brief review. It's got plenty of length to keep you away from the heat, it doesn't bend under the weight of heavy logs, and it's stainless steel so it will not rust.

I would be lying if I said I wasn’t surprised when I opened up the package it came in. This is one serious fire poker lol. I was definitely not expecting something this heavy and sturdy. It is an excellent quality poker for the price for sure, WELL worth it. It is pretty heavy but the wood handle is big enough to accommodate two hands. Had a campfire in the backyard today so I got to use it. No complaints, no regrets. If you’re searching for a fire poker, I strongly encourage you to buy this one, you will not be disappointed!
