I bought these for my son’s hockey skates for additional arch support and they make a big difference. Without them his leg muscles can get sore. This is the third pair we have bought on the recommendation of our physiotherapist. Great quality and reasonable price.

I am ladies size 8, I have some good quality walking shoes. I carefully checked size and reviews. I checked arch support information. My feet are recovering from plantar Fasciitis and wearing these not only made my feet worse, but by the time I made it home from 40 minutes of walking, my knees and legs hurt too. The arche of the right insert pressed into the tenderest spot of my foot so badly I had to remove the insert from the shoe and walk home with no padding in my shoe at all and that was still less painful. The left insert pushed into my heel leaving me feeling unbalanced. It was a miserable limp home. Not surprisingly, there appears to be no way to return them, making this an expensive lesson learned.

Previously I have always worn the BLACK Superfeet insoles (they are thin, so fit most shoes) in my footwear. But decided to try these CARBON insoles for more support in trainers and walking shoes. Goodness, they are excellent. They are almost as thin as the BLACK ones, BUT the arch support is far more robust so gives better arch supports to my feet during long days of walking or travelling. They aren't cheap, but then they stop knee and hip pain, and that is worth it!

I've now tried the Superfeet green, merino, and carbon. While all three are super amazing, the carbon is definitely slightly better. The shape and rigidity is better than the other two, and I expect the carbon to last longer as well. I work long days on my feet (wedding photographer) and these are a godsend to prevent foot, knee, and back pain in any type of shoe. I currently use these in a GEOX dress shoe and New Balance sneakers. The fit was perfect for both and I didn't even have to trim the carbons.

Having flat or collapsed arch, I have a lot of pain after every run. I have bought many arch support insoles but this is by far the best for me!! Thin yet provide enough arch support and heel stabiliser cup for all tight running shoes!

I bought these insoles because the insoles I had been using for badminton didn't have enough support. After using these for a couple of sessions, it hurt my soles. I felt sore on my calves and thighs because they were finally getting activated properly when playing. The next sessions felt normal and I could feel that I had better footwork as a result. My soles also didn't get tired out in the first 10 minutes because I'm flat footed

According to scientific research, quality OTC orthotics are as effective as custom-made (souce: physiotherapists Bob & Brad on YouTube).No-flex carbon offers surprisingly comfortable and optimally-shaped support.Women's size 6-8 fit perfectly in size 8 Asics Gel Tactic volleyball shoes without trimming (replaced the stock insole).Keep in mind these are slim and not padded and therefore require shoes with adequate cushioning.
