Lying on my front and attaching one loop of this round each foot in turn and pulling my foot hard up against my bottom is a blissful stretch I have never felt the like of before. So good! I believe it's called the psoas muscle hat this gets- and its a commonly overlooked tight muscle that can lead to lower back pain if neglected. Neither of my psoas muscles felt like they had been stretched in years, but they are freeing off nicely now.I have not tried any of the other stretches that come with this strap, (in a booklet with the smallest printed font size known to humanity). No wonder the Chinese are always squinting so much if their instruction manuals have this kind of font size. (Can I say that?). I only bought it for the psoas and it's working nicely.There is no other review on the whole of Amazon that uses the word psoas three times. Four times now in fact!

This strap is amazing! It helps with getting really deep into stretches, or even just being able to stretch muscles that are hard to get to if you’re not flexible.

I was initially going to send this back, but tried it again and decided to keep it. At first I was disappointed at the amount of stretch (or maybe the fact that it was quite elastic and the amount of effort needed to stretch it didn't seem enough to be effective. For the price though, I'm going to keep on with it as it does allow me to do more repetitions and find a level of stretch that feels good. It's not on a par with latex stretch bands though, so be aware of that.
