This item was super easy to install, but I noticed some streaks on pages that I printed. The print quality isn’t that great but if it’s just for every day printing, I would say that it’s definitely worth it.

After buying a single toner cartridge to test their quality, i was very impressed, so i went ahead and ordered a 3 pack to keep on hand at work since all of our printers use the same toner. These toner cartridges print well and have a long life, which is a bonus considering how much printing we do at work. I was astounded by how much cheaper they are than the genuine Brother toner cartridges, and yet they don't seem to print any worse.

Actually, it might be a bit early to write a complete review on this item, as I have just started using it. I do not know whether it will live up to its spec. - up to 2600 pages. (That's why I reserve 1 star. Of course, I also know it depends on how you print :). At this point, I can only write about the facts that I have known so far. The package came in good and clean. The installation was problem-free. The printouts are sharp and clear.I will try to update the review when the time comes. (if I can still remember :)Review Update:It has printed 891 pages since the change of this toner. The toner has 70% left. Based on the stat, it will live up to its spec. However, I have found the printing quality starts to compromise. The printing on the right edge is fading out. You can still read it at this point.

I didn't think it was possible, but this toner performs better than the starter unit that my printer came with. The original had a problem of horizontal banding on images and large enough text - I was repeatedly told that this was a characteristic of budget laser printers and not to expect anything like jet black perfection. However the V4INK unit doesn't do it at all, blacks and grays are solid, just as I had originally expected from a laser printer. When the time comes I'll buy more of these for sure.
