I was absolutely obsessed with this frame when I first got it. I found the software clunky to use but I didn't mind because the images were clear and I enjoyed it so much. But I've only had it for just over one month and it is constantly disconnecting from the internet. None of my other devices are having this issue. No matter how many times I enter the password or reconnect it is is constantly disconnecting many times throughout the day. I see an error message at the top of the screen, and cannot seem to resolve the problem. It is very frustrating and of course it disrupts loading new photos to the frame. I've had it such a short amount of time and for that reason would not recommend this product.

I'm in love with this digital photo frame!Loading and adding photos is a breeze. The touchscreen is easy to use, and the controls allow you to 'brighten' your photos so that they really pop. The frame is of excellent quality, and I have never experienced any glitches or problems.It stores a lot of photos ... I have hundreds of pics that are randomly displayed from morning until night.Previously, I had many old family photos in albums that we never looked at. I scanned them, loaded them into the digital frame, and now we can enjoy these happy memories.I have several in my home, and have given them as gifts to friends and family. They're practical and fun. A great way to keep memories alive!

I have bought a few of these for our parents and ourselves. The Frameo app was easy to set up as was the frame. Now we can all send photos from our phones so our parents can immediately see pictures of their grandkids and other events without the hassle of printing pictures for them. I've had one of the frames for over a year and never had any issues with it.

The frame is a bit small, we should've purchase a bigger one! However, she is very happy with frame and photos we downloaded. She is not pc or tablet user, therefore a downloaded pictures from her youth and recent in the frame was very welcome gift! Another thing worthwhile to mention, is that anyone can send photos (recent or scanned) to her frame, if this person has the frame code!

Was a great gift for my girlfriend she loves it. The app is alittle weird but easy to use The frame has many features and tons of space and you can add more space if you would like but overall we are super satisfied now we can see all our pictures and we both can share and write little captions for ever picture we post. You can also put short clips in too shows weather and time has a night time timer so the brightness dosent keep you awake just over all excellent 👍

This picture frame is well built and of high quality. The pictures are crisp and clear and the functions are ample. The storage is also great and holds a few hundred photos with ease. It is easy to use and is a great addition to any living room. I highly recommend this frame to anyone looking for a budget picture frame.
