The first one was defected, so it was returned. The second one stopped working and won't power on only a month later. Strongly discourage anyone from purchasing this product. It wasn't inexpensive. I expected better.

Purchased for Father. After a few months it began freezing on random photos. Customer service tried helping but it didn't work so eventually after a lot of back and forth they sent a new one. So far so good - working fine.

Great frame! We have one and have gifted a second to my mil. We purchased a third to be given to my mom and we're excited to have all of them be on the same app. However, the frame I just ordered uses an app called UHale not Frameo like what the description says. While not the end of the world, it would be nice to have one app for all the frames. The app itself is nicer than frameo, so that was a plus. The frame is beautiful and was extremely easy to set up.

I only had it going for a day, but it’s awesome so far! It connected to my WiFi flawlessly. I love that you can either wall mount, or table top it, as well as either have it vertical or horizontal. I have it on a corner shelf and it looks awesome. The app is good, easy to use. I also found you can send photos to the frame directly from your “photos”. At least on my iPhone you can. Like, if you’re in your phone’s photos, select the photos you want, click the little send icon, look for the Frameo app and click that. Easy peasy. You can then “fit to screen” from the frame itself like for example if a photo needs to be displayed horizontally and your frame is sitting vertical. You can adjust brightness, and adjust how many seconds you want each photo displayed before it goes to the next photo. You can “hide photo” from the frame if one pops up you don’t want for whatever reason. The touchscreen works flawlessly. Just several things you can do. I have not added friends to it, but that seems like it would be easy enough to do and then they can add photos to it, but I’m assuming they would have to be connected to your WiFi to do it. Maybe not though, I’m not sure. Holds 16 gb 2.5 of which is “system usage” so it’s essentially 13.5 gb for photos which is still a lot.If something goes south with the frame I’ll edit this review.

This was a gift for my elderly mother. I hung it on the wall with her other picture frames. I was not only able to preload the pictures for her, but I can manage the pictures and send more from my phone. Which is great since i live far away and can't go to her house to manage her tech.Now she can have new pictures of the grandkids all the time She loves it!

Bought one for my grandma so cousins and I could all upload photos for her. Set it up at home and preloaded photos. It was great to watch photos come in from my cousins all week. I liked it so much I got one for my parents. Unfortunately, the one I received for my parents didn't work quite right. I contacted the company and they were excellent to work with. I sent them a video of what was happening and they sent a new frame right away.Overall, the app is easy to use to upload photos and customer service was excellent. The photo quality isn't perfect but it looks great set up in the living room.Would buy again.

We bought these as gifts for our parents, they are perfect for sharing photos of the grandchildren. We have the ability to add photos from anywhere and they can manage them on their phone. The upload time is great, I upload some photos and within minutes I got a text saying they just saw the new photos.Highly recommend product, it makes a great gift for loved ones you want to share your memories with.

This is my first digital frame.The digital frame was easy to use. It took me about 15 minutes to set up and upload pictures. The instructions were straight forward and easy to follow. I had to download the app on my phone to share pictures. You can also choose to upload from a computer or use an SD card.The pictures are clear and I like the slideshow option. I also like the date and time on the screen as well as the temperature and the weather. You can also swipe to see the photos. I really enjoy seeing our family pictures in our living room, not only one, but many memories! My 2yo daughter likes looking at them too!

I also have another digital frame so can see differences. This frame not as user friendly as other one. Other one you just invite people to send pictures with their phone or email and they can send whenever. This frame you have to get code for them and code only lasts a few hours. It also was a hastlr just getting pictures on frame. Otherwise it works well.

This is a Christmas gift, I'm only able to set it up. I have not yet tried sending photos not being in the same place.However setting it up and adding photos is very simple. I'm impressed very much so far. The more I look into it it's like a little mini tablet, the pictures turn out clear. I like that it has the date and time on the screen as well. This is for elderly parents who are not very technical so I'll see how it goes for them. What I've seen so far I definitely would highly recommend and I definitely will see myself purchasing this again for someone else. The only problem I had is they delivered it not in a package and it was raining so it got wet but it was no problem to send it back and get a new one. That was more on the delivery not anything to do with the item itself.

I went three ways on this with my siblings to give to my mom for Christmas. My mother has been in a care home since Oct, 2016 so I have more than printed out and hand changed my fair share of photos in this amount of time. THIS PRODUCT has an app that one sibling in Alberta downloaded, and myself and my other sibling downloaded it in New Brunswick and the photos upload flawlessly. The images are so clear, the video quality is so clear. The settings are so particular, with a timer setting to automatically shut-off during certain hours- which works perfect for my mom as she will never need to frig with the frame.This was the most amazing thing we purchased for our mother to date. Gone are the days of switching out photos and now she can enjoy these precious moments almost in real-time with us. I khope that for her it emphasizes that we are always thinking of her in everything that we do. I will be purchasing more for family in future. This product brings us closer to our mom.
