As the owner of a toddler music program, I go through a lot of instrument sets like this. I like the softer colors on this one and the quality of these instruments. They all work and they are all instruments—sometimes they include odd little toys in these set, like stacking rings, but these are all working instruments. All make a pleasant sound that isn’t so loyd as to be hard on little ears—or parent’s ears—and they are great for helping even the youngest child start making music. The little single-note chime included in this set is particularly popular with our kiddos. A great value for a very nice musical set.

This is a really cute set of little instruments. Great gift idea for a little 1-3 year old. I love wooden toys i feel like they are more timeless than plastic ones. Babies and toddlers love and my 5 year old even wanted to play with it when she saw it

My 2-year-old nephew loves music and singing, so I knew this would be a hit as a gift. He was incredibly excited to open it, and seems to love the variety of instruments included.From xylophone to bell shakers to drums, this kit is very versatile, and seems to capture hismusical imagination. He likes to use the instruments as he sings along to his favourite songs.

This set was by far the favorite toy under the Christmas tree this year. It was played with by all the kids, ranging in age from 2 years to 6 years. The instruments are made from wood and are really good quality. Each instrument makes the sound it is meant to make. The wood is smooth and easy for small hands to hold onto. I would definitely order again. This set would make a great gift.

Love, love, love! These instruments are well made, well designed, sturdy, and fun! Sound quality is clear, and our toddler loves making music with all the pieces. It's a great set, for a good price and I would definitely recommend giving this as a gift.

Pros:- The overall quality of the toys is pretty good. They are made of real wood and they feel well made and durable. I expect that they will hold up to use a lot better than plastic toys do.- The wide variety of toy instruments you get in a single package is great for an early musical education. The xylophone was smaller than I wanted. It is 9" Long. The box dimension suggests it is small but the customer photos made it look bigger. So I went by the photos. The xylophone is also more clanky than musical. The sections do make different tones but there is no resonance. However, I am keeping this because, first of all the kid is only 18months. I am just gauging her interest level. If she shows true interest I will get another xylophone. And secondly, I like the other instruments. The tambourine and hand bells are good enough for adult use. The maracas could be a little louder/bigger but they are okay for now. Overall, the box contents are substantial enough. Made from a nice wood. I do not see anything getting broken; it will last. One word of caution, I immediately got a splinter from the tambourine. Check for splinters and have a piece of fine sandpaper on hand.

This has been the source of non stop fun at our house since we’ve opened it!! And it comes at the perfect time for this magical season because there are jingle bells!!!!!!!! Almost know all the words to that song because my little one has requested it so often, we love taking turns and practicing the flute!!! She gets so excited! This is definitely different from all the other musical sets we’ve seen in terms of variety of instruments! They’re so classy looking too, the colours they chose are perfect for either gender and the wood is great quality, this will definitely last many happy children and possibly generations too!! Such a great gift to give if you’re thinking of options for the littles in your life!!!

This is a really cute set of kid's instruments. My students love to take turns playing each of the instruments in this set. The set comes with eight different instruments; all with the same color theme. Each of them has some sort of wood component which I was super impressed with. There are so many toddler music sets that are made mostly of low-grade plastic and are low quality. But this set is definitely a huge step up from that! They feel nice, they sound nice, and they look nice.These instruments would not only be perfect for your toddler, but if you're a music teacher, they would be fantastic to have on hand in your studio. I like to take them with me when I go out to teach my piano students. Since they're lightweight, this is easy to do.All of the edges of the instruments seem fairly smooth, but I wouldn't give it to a toddler who might put them in their mouth as it's hard to tell what might be in the paint or wood finish. There are also some sharp edges on the tambourine that I wouldn't want them to hurt themselves on.I think this is a great set of instruments to invest in, especially if you are a music teacher. I haven't had them for long, and I've already used them many times. It has made learning tricky or new rhythms so much more fun for my students!

This is a well made and tough 8 piece wooden musical set for your little ones. There is enough instruments so that your toddler will not get board of just 1 instrument and there is plenty so that their friends or family can join in for a mini band performance.All of the instruments work properly and the sound that they make is actually nice for the size and purpose. They are mostly made of wood and metal and they are very tough to take some real punishment from the sometimes not so gentle toddlers.

What I really liked about this product was that everyone in the family was given an instrument by my Grand niece and we all started to play the instrument that was given to us by her. She is almost 2 years old and the smile that she had when everyone started playing was absolutely wonderful. In my mind this was a wonderful item.

Love this little music set! Perfect for my one year old nephew to play with and try his had at different instruments. Entertains him for quite some time and it holds his attention. Each instrument seems to be well made. They are safe, not too heavy and they are easy for him to use. Love the colours too.Overall, happy with this set and would recommend to others.
