I don’t know if it actually “cools”. But I use this at the gym. It folds really compact and takes up no space. Wipes away sweat. I mostly use it for treadmills and hot yoga, so you know I’m sweating through those activities.

I was impressed with the towels and came In a variety of colors. Works good for work, excercise and while doing yard work. The only bad thing I can say is that I wish they would stay cold for longer but it gets cold again after shaking.
