These inserts all but stopped my pain. Before these inserts I had a hard time walking because of the pain in my foot. I put these in my shoes and in less than a week my foot pain went from a 10 at times to zero or upwards to a 2. All the other inserts I tried did little to nothing to help. I still walk carefully and do my foot exercises as my foot is not completely healed from my planter fasciitis. I liked them so much I bought an additional 3 pairs for my other shoes.

I'm using them in a pair of winter boots and a pair of running shoes. If you can't remove the original insoles of your shoes, these probably won't fit unless the shoes are too big for you. Very comfy!

…at least mine do. Ha haI have stupid high arches and have a really hard time finding inserts that do anything for my feet. Both of my feet were in a world of hurt and I needed supports.I saw other reviews for these that mentioned it working for very high arches, so I decided to give it a shot.At first I wasn’t sure if they were high enough. But as I kept wearing them, I realized that my feet just needed time to stop hurting.And now: I’ve gone from stuck on the couch and putting ice on the balls of my feet, to being able to go hiking miles again.I’m so happy with these arches!! Definitely going to buy more when these inevitably wear out.Oh! And in case anyone is interested: I wear a US Women’s Size 6 and I ordered a XS insert. I had to trim a little off of it, but in following the guide marks on the underside of the insert, I only had to trim the first marking off to get it to fit in my shoe.

I have very high arches so I'm often skeptical with "arch support" insoles as I find very often there is not enough "height" on the arch portion to give me adequate support. When these arrived (very quickly), I was genuinely surprised when I stepped onto them that I actually *felt* the arch support under my foot. I also have metatarsal pain as I get older and footbeds are often very hard (or conversely, so soft that they don't last). This footbed seems to be (I know, eye roll) "Just right". There is enough softness to the bed (under the pad of your foot and heel) that you don't feel bruised after long walks but the bed itself is sturdy and supportive enough to last. I've been using them almost daily for a few months now as I move them between shoes. They look just as fresh as the day they arrived. They are holding up perfectly so far. I would definitely buy another pair (In fact, I will very soon)

This is a great product. It provides excellent support and alleviates the symptoms of plantar fasciitis. I recommend it. The insole fits my Hoka shoes perfectly. I also tried it with my working boots and rubber boots, which work great. I decided to order additional pairs.

Not bad at first, but these wore out quickly for me. I walk a lot for work so I know that contributed, but by comparison they don't last as long as better brands. Based on the price I'd call it a wash. Get what you pay for.

This item arrived on time and well packaged. Unfortunately, they were extremely uncomfortable. I am used to wearing insoles but some reasons these ones were painful. It could be a feet. Who knows? However, the return was easy and fast!!

The size small fit perfectly into a women's wide size 8 Saucony and gave the right amount of arch support. Typically I wear Birkenstocks so I'm use to a lot of arch although this insole is slightly different feeling I didn't mind it.

Very uncomfortable to use at the beginning. However following the manufacturer's instructions to use for short periods initially, seems to work. My feet have become accustomed to them and I can now walk freely and without pain.
