Base unit feels decently made. I like that the volume control clicks into the off/on position so you can feel that point. The hand unit is easy enough to plug in. Cable is adequate for the purpose. Hand unit is conveniently small, however I would have personally preferred if it was a bit larger. The buttons are easy to press on the hand piece, but I found them to be a bit light and would have liked a bit more quality & feel to them. Overall the complete setup is relatively compact and convenient. Doesn't take up a ton of space, and seems adequate for it's purpose. I'd change a couple small things given the opportunity, but nothing that was a deal breaker for my purposes. For me, most importantly, it doesn't take up a lot of space, and all of the buttons and knobs are easy to use. That was more or less my criteria.Likes:- The base unit feels solid.- Knobs are comfortable to use, and the volume "clicks" into the off position.- Light weight hand unit, with easy to press buttons.- Not an overly cumbersome unit overall.Dislikes:- Would personally have liked if the hand unit was a bit larger, with a bit more feel to the buttons.
