Like most North American hand tools they are being out sourced over seas. However before Dewalt is boxing these up for the end user it's obvious that they had some input in the quality and fit when they were constructed. As long as the Dewalt management teams maintain a strict quality control program I will continue to buy their tools. Good Job.
