I use this for when our newborn puppies arrive, qmits so much more convenient than running the dryer for warm towels. I can keep it close and grab when I need vs running back and forth to the laundry room. Keeps towels nice and warm and takes up about as much space as a microwave on the counter.

This towel warmer does the job. It is such a nice addition to my home spa. I use a traveling massage therapist who come to my home so this is nice to have for her to use on me. The temperature is great and it’s easy to use. I did feel it could be a little more durable considering it could be used daily by professionals. Overall it does the job

As an Amazon Vine reviewer, I love testing professional-quality products for home use, and this 18L Towel Warmer has been a fantastic addition to my self-care routine. I use it for facials and pedicures, and it truly elevates the experience by providing warm, spa-like towels in minutes. The 18L capacity is spacious enough to hold multiple towels at once, making it perfect for personal use or even small gatherings. It heats quickly and evenly, so I never have to deal with cold spots. The 2-in-1 function keeps towels both warm and hygienic, which is a great bonus. The build quality is solid, and the simple design makes it easy to use—just load in the towels, turn it on, and in no time, they’re perfectly warm and soothing. It’s also quiet and doesn’t take up too much counter space. If you’re looking to bring a luxury spa experience home, this towel warmer is a must-have. Highly recommend for anyone who enjoys pampering themselves with warm, comforting towels after a facial, pedicure, or shower!

This towel warmer came with lots of information on how to use it on Amazon's page. I was a bit wary because I'm a home user wanting a new sturdy towel warmer with a good finish and able to keep towels very hot. I have a smaller towel warmer about a year old, and it has done remarkably well and still functions. But that one came in a color that I didn't really love and was coated in a sort of wax sheet which had a warning to not try to remove the sheet. And of course over time the sheet begin to bubble and change color and look unsightly. This HYTOP warmer was a little bigger, had a good finish, and was the color I wanted. But it did not work out for me. It looked ok, still fit in my bathroom, and I was hopeful. I half filled it and turned it on. The towels never got that almost burning hot I had with my other warmer, the over 150 degrees hot. So then I filled it completely (it takes a long time to prepare 30 towels!) and tried again. I never turned it off and it never got hot enough. It is supposed to get in the 150 F degrees range (apparently like most towel warmers) but it never got over 132 degrees - and that was leaving it on 24 hours a day . The temperature was like wetting a towel from the hot water faucet, pleasant enough but not stimulating. I let it run and tried all sorts of things, but 132 degrees was at most its limits. Finally a few days ago I bought another smaller (8L) inexpensive warmer, plugged it in, and got the hot towels I needed in 45 minutes. End of game.Thy HYTOP warmer might be good enough depending on your needs. I don't get the elaborate instructions about emptying at the end of the day, starting it hours before you need it, etc. Leaving it on all the time did not seem to affect the towels or cause smells, anything like that. It just sat there keeping the towels at 132 or less. So if you are running a business or a home user that is satisfied with that level of heat, it might work for you. But it does take quite a bit of time to fully load it with wet rolled towels, something to consider unless you use that many towels quickly. It looks nice enough and will probably last a good bit and was reasonably priced, but it is not the towel warmer for me at any price. It goes to the thrift store tomorrow. I am rating it only a 2 star rating, something I rarely do, because it simply cannot reach the heat or come close to it as it was specified on its Amazon page.

This hot towel warmer is perfect if you're a massage therapist! And if you aren't, it's perfect to have if you want to have warm towels on hand to wash your face. The UV light is perfect to keep on when in a dark room so you can see inside. Warms up quickly too. Highly recommend!
