What is the principle
1.The super absorbent fiber weave technology of the mesh towel regulates the water inside and ensures water retention, so it's treating it kind of like an air-conditioner, and within seconds you get cooler.
2.Like sweat on you skin, when water evaporates it cools. Any ole cotton or microfiber towel would work, but not as well design to maximize evaporative cooling or comfort.
3.If you are sweating a lot, rinse the 'salty water' out from time to time. Salt reduces evaporation/cooling rate

I LOVE this product. The heat really gets to me and this towel has been a lifesaver. It helped me while on vacation in Italy and then again this past Sunday, in the pit at a concert. The only thing I'd like to see improved is the plastic 'bag' that came apart too soon. If I could get a replacement bag, that'd be great! Thanks in advance.

These are good and a great deal for how many you get. But if you’re purely going for quality the Disney ones are much better. Better hand feel and stay colder, longer. But these definitely helped in the Florida heat at Disney World. So if you’re purely looking for cost value, these are decent if you don’t mind rewetting often.

The best part of this product is the use of its ability. No longer used to cover nose and mouth yet being able to use it around your neck. The sweat makes the long towel make the texture cool down. Although Medium is sufficient, I recommend Large size.
