these are great and my go to when I buy insoles. when I have new shoes and put these in they are easier to break in. these last many years and I still have my first pair I had bought while I was working in kitchens 5 years ago, but I like to have multiple so i do not have to transfer them from shoe to shoe.make sure you cut them correctly because you cannot un cut them

This is my 2nd pair already. Not that my 1st pair is broken or anything. It is just easier to have 2 pairs of shoes prepared rather than changing them all the time. 1st pair I bought years ago and it still works great for me.I went through the number of insoles but was always coming back to my blues. They are thin and very comfortable. The work perfectly with all of my types of shoes: Adidas superstar, DrMartens, Vans, CallItSpring... All these shoes have low/no arch support and give me fatigue after long periods of time. But with proper insoles I have never experienced anything like that.It is pricy, yes, but I would rather spend that amount and enjoy the comfort rather than going through dozens of options from Amazon/Shoppers and feel weird about them.

I have used these for years in shoes (doc martins) and boots (blundstones) that tend to take walks in. A podiatrist recommended custom (expensive) footbeds. I tried these and they work well for me. I remove the flat foam insoles from my shoes and put in the blues. The additional arch support is good for my low arch feet. And the material of the blue insoles seem to breath better that the original foam insoles. So less sweat. The arch support also helps keep your foot from moving around in your shoe if there is extra space.I purchased this last pair for a pair of mid height winter boots (Vans) I use for walking. The original insoles are flat foam. I removed them. The blue insoles slip in fine and provide the support I was looking for.Final comment. After walking for 30 minutes in sub-zero degree weather I could feel cold coming through the footbed. The original foam insole is a little thicker than the blue one, so it probably provides better thermal insulation. Have never felt the cold through the original foam insoles.Give this product 4.5/5 stars. They've become a little pricey ($60. Cdn tax incl/pair).

I walked the full Larapinta trail (over 230km including side trips) with these and didn’t get a single blister. Highly recommended.

I've had orthotics for around the last 15 years (since some time in elementary school). They have all been costly custom orthotics done by a podiatrist or pedorthist. I have flat feet, a significant bunion on my right foot, and a minor bunion on my left. If I don't wear supportive shoes and some sort of orthotics my feet and joints do not feel good at the end of the day (I do have one set of "supportive" flip flops but everything else has my orthotics in them. In my area, custom orthotics for my feet are around $400 to $500, sometimes even more. So these are a fraction of the price I paid before.Recently I started to get more joint pain which means either my orthotics need replacing or my shoes are worn out. I had bought my shoes recently but my orthodics were a couple years old. To save some cost I looked online for non custom insoles and came across very good reviews for Superfeet. I ordered this pair and have worn them for a few days for full length work days and my pain is all gone! I wasn't sure how good these would be due to my bunions but I am extremely impressed.I do recommend looking at their (non amazon) website for all the different models this company offers as it is absolutely not one size fits all. And they won't be for everyone of course but I think for many people they are a good option to consider. If these hold up well I will be buying a new pair once they wear out!

Have pain in my heels if standing or walking too long, was at a sport store and the young guy there took a look at my bare foot and recommended these arch supports, told me I was almost flat footed and handed me the blue ones. That was a little over a year ago now, three pairs later and I'm a very firm believer in them. Got a pair of good brand name hiking boots just recently, tried them with and without these and have to say they do make quite a bit of difference in easing heel pain and being able to stand longer, walk further. You need to know which colour/fit to get in order to see any improvement. ...They are quality supports and have fit my Skechers work shoes, Converse and Asics sneakers and now my Eddie Bauer hiking boots, with the Converse being the only pair to have the original insoles and Superfeet combined, simply because the original ones couldn't be removed. In that case it leaves less room in the toe area but they are still bearable. Superfeet seem to be made to last, are constructed of a hard plastic heel/arch base covered with a thin but dense/sturdy foam layer. If you're looking for soft memory foam type thing these aren't it but if you're looking for a fix for tired aching feet and need arch support then these are the cat's a$$. I would not be without them now.

I bought these insoles for my running shoes as I tend to overpronate and even with shoes fitted by a specialist running store I've experienced shin pain. I wear a size 6 running shoe but a size 5 in normal shoes so I purchased the size 5 insoles and these fit my running shoes perfectly. They are thin enough to replace the shoe's insole and don't encroach on space in the forefoot area. Really comfortable and my feet feel supported in the right places. They don't squeak either which was a problem I had with my custom orthotic supports (now discarded). Since running with these insoles I haven't had any return of my shin pain so I'm really pleased with them. I am due a review by my orthotist so I will be interested to hear his assessment!

Il prodotto è solido e ben costruito. All'inizio bisogna abituarcisi ma poi il sostegno all'arco plantare si sente.Devo ancora provare le solette in tutte le condizioni, ma per camminare vanno bene.

We bought these after our pediatrician recommended that our five year old son needed more support for his feet. They slip right into his Keens and running shoes. They are easy to clean, and provide great support. Of course, they cost almost as much as the shoes themselves, but at least they last as long as the shoes!
