I have a men's 10.5 normal foot with average arch. These feel great and provide ample support. Used them for work in a worn pair of Jordan's and had no problem standing for 8 hours first time around. Especially like the fact that I did not have to cut to fit. They slide in and leave the smallest gap near the big toe end of the shoe. Will buy again!

Put these bad boys right into my running shoes and they fit perfectly. They really help with the arch of my foot and help alleviate long term pain throughout the whole leg. Suffering with plantar fasciitis, these insoles were the right thing for the job. I definitely plan on buying a few more for my other shoes. I have tried many other insoles and these ones are the right fit.

I love these insoles and have ordered them multiple times, but Amazon needs to get their crap together.I'm constantly getting packages that are all smashed up.One of these was ripped to pieces, and they obviously knew that, because they put it inside a bag while the other 2 insoles were just left in their package.That being said, these insoles feel great and help my feet so much. I've had to have injections before, and I work 12 hours shifts on my feet. These insoles provide a good bit of relief and are super easy to slide into shoes. I have them in almost all my boots and sneakers now. I'm just trying to figure out how to use them in sandals....

A freakin game changer!The arch to correct for flat feet is comfortable enough to skip the usual on/off/on and off again to acclimate your feet to new insoles. The first day i wore them they stayed on for 15 hours straight. Very different from previous arch supports! And the padding for the rest of the feet is wonderful. Well done! Good product.

I had planters fascitus for a few months and was using a foot roller to massage my feet daily. I ordered the Valsoles and put them in my work boots and i pound a lot of concrete in my boots. My planters fascitus disappeared after 3 days of wearing the inserts. Plus, it feels amazing on your feet with that extra arch support. Way better than Dr. Scholz inserts and made to last longer as well. Durable. Glad a friend told me about them.

I recently bought a pair of Columbia winter hiking boots, lured by the attractive clearance price. But without a Vibram sole, I soon learned why they were so cheap. The hard, uneven, icy trails (and strap-on ice cleats) left my feet sore and fatigued. I bought these insoles in the hopes that they would compensate for the lack of a vibram sole. And they did precisely that. The whole of the heel and Arch are reinforced with hard plastic, but it's very comfortable while supportive. It has more than enough flexibility where its needed. The ball of the foot isn't plastic reinforced with a separate plate, but there is enough cushioning that it absorbs pressure from cleats and hard, uneven ice surfaces. High quality, good materials. Perfect fit (sized... So much better than the store bought "trim to fit" varieties) Highly recommended.

I purchased 1 pair to try in my work shoes as I walk on concrete floors a lot at work and get sore feet especially when I get up in the morning. After a month or so my feet aren't sore anymore. I now own 4 pairs. After around 6 months in my work shoes they are still very supportive and have retained there shape and integrity. I've purchased others that have ended up in the garbage after a couple of months. I would recommend these insoles to anyone.

My job requires me to be on my feet all day. I have been having feet pain for the last several weeks and more specifically on the arch of my feet. After looking for the best product available, I choose these...and what a blessing I did. Pain has reduced my 75 percent with these insole. The value is great! No need to pay hundreds to see a specialist. Quality exceeded my expectations. Fit was perfect! Didn't even need to trim them for a size 10. Highly recommended.

When these first arrived I was very excited because they are thick and seem to be good quality. However. They are so thick they push your foot out of your shoe when you walk. I guess you could pull the preexisting insole out of the shoe, but I returned them instead.

I'm 245lbs and I needed insoles that would help alleviate some of the pressure I was exerting. These insoles needed to be broken in, but after 2 or 3 days of working I have since been experiencing comfort. Keep in mind I don't find them to be the best for standing for long periods of time but anytime you want to walk even after standing for a long time it feels like you're giving your feet some relief
