I like the size of the unit, but it does not get as warm as the previous Zadro towel warmer I had.

Towels warmed well and depending on thickness of towel unit can only hold two large towels. We placed them in loosely as rolling will not get hot enough.

This is my first towel warmer and while it's nice .. it doesn't heat up as well as I anticipated. It's warm but not enough. I had it on the highest setting and in the warmer for 15 minutes before getting it out... personally wouldn't recommend but might be perfect option for someone else.

So we bought this in February 2024 and it broke on us in November 2024. It was used daily on the 15 or 30 minute setting with no issues. One day we decided to get fancy and have a long bath and so we put it on for 60 mins high heat and it melted the insides. I think it would have lasted longer if we didn't do that. We are buying another one lol. Oh and it fits fine in our small bathroom. 3.5/5

This lovely towel warmer comes in handy and is perfect for the colder seasons.The warmer can fit either a large towel or two medium towels, and by the time you finish your shower, you'll have a hot towel waiting for you.
