Related Issues
1.Channel Button (Power indicator) does not light
Check the AC power cord is properly connected. Or change the AC adapter for testing.
2.Cannot receive response
Determine whether the intercom is a designated channel or in Monitor and VOX mode. If you're a
monitor, they can't get your message, please press any key to exit before communicating.
3.Unit doesn't work
Adjust the position of the intercoms. If it still doesn't work, it may be a problem with your home wall.

Bought this intercom from WULOO … it’s an AMAZING “intercom system” for “up stairs / downstairs living”!There “Customer Service” , is incredible , they looked after a little problem I had with “ head spinning swiftness !Just blown away , not used to this kind of Customer Service …. I needed help configuring the intercoms to work with a similar model I purchased a couple of years ago. When I contacted Wuloo Support, they responded with very useful information within a few hours. Good product, great customer service.

Got for my aging Mom to use in case of emergency. Our homes are next to each other and it works through walls and about 20-30 yards apart. Can hear her loud and clear

I use this unit for communicating between my garage and my home which are located approximately 100 feet apart. Works very well. I believe the packaging this item was sent to me in was probably the best I have ever received anything in. May not mean much but I beleive it says something for the quality of the unit and the company that sells them.

It is easy to setup and the distance was decent. We have one upstairs and one downstairs. Overall, we make good use of it.There seems to be a slight delay between button press and transmitting a signal so you'll have to get to use to waiting a second after pressing the button before speaking.The quality of the audio is not great but acceptable.

It seems to have good range, I bought so I could communicate house to garage but the garage is not far away either. The sound however not so good, I've tried speaking into it from close and further away and it is still very distorted.

I bought this to put into our detached garage so I can talk to my wife in the house. It works well for that with good clarity of sound and no static interference. It is more or less an over sized walkie talkie. I like that it has a lifetime guarantee as other intercoms I have tried have generally been poor quality and didn't last a long time.. A note to the vendor. 1 mile is 5,280 feet and not 3,280 feet.*******March 27 2023 Update. Don't buy this thinking you will get a lifetime warranty for Intercom System. They say "We provide a lifetime warranty for our intercom. ". That's false. They provide a 2 year parts warranty. One of my 120V USB power adapters has just failed and I've had to buy one to replace it. I am changing my rating from a 4 star to a 1 star as a result.

These Wuloo Intercoms are about the best I've ever owned and used. Why? Because they're simple to set up, easy to use and they have extremely clear speakers. All you do is set each unit to the channel you want (on the back of each unit) and then press the talk button to signal the other unit(s). You can contact any unit in the chain, or all of them at once.If you're looking for an intercom that will work throughout the home, or from one building another, the Wuloo Intercom System is all you need for trouble-free communication. Would I purchase this system again? Absolutely, without question.
